Professional Sales Service Titanium Cutting Seminar
Professional Sales Services (PSS) will be providing Titanium (Ti) Cutting Seminars for their customers over the next several months. PSS has recently install a Doosan HM500 Horizontal Machining Center. Doosan’s HM Series of horizontal machining centers are BOXWAY constructed with CAT50 GEARBOX Spindles. This combination of POWER and RIGIDITY provides all of the specifications needed to machine Titanium. PSS and Doosan offers HM Series as a standard product with great machine availability.

In association with Iscar Metals, PSS will be machining Titanium in their Wichita facility. Several machining methods will be shown, “Side Load”, “Plunge Milling” and “High Speed/High Productivity”.

The by Invitation only events will offer customers the latest cutter information and cutting techniques for the machining of Titanium (Ti). Actual cutting tests will take place and customers are encouraged to offer additional tests. Machine information, Cutter information and Actual Cutting Data will be provided to each customer.
