At PSS, we take servicing equipment very seriously. We even service machines we don’t sell. That’s why we employ 6 full-time service technicians. We offer service both during and after the warranty period, are an “A” rated service department and perform quick reliable service. PSS also carries 2 million in liability insurance – just to be on the safe side.

Goal and Mission

It is our goal and mission to offer quick and reliable service to all of our customers. Some of our customers have come to us for their next machine tool purchase primarily because of the service we provided them. Even on a machine tool they purchased from another supplier.

We are both a distributor and a service representative to several machine tool builders. Our contracts with these companies determine the level of support we can offer, but service is our front line in creating new sales. Just ask our many satisfied customers and they will testify to the level of expertise and devotion that accompanies the support we stand behind on each machine sale.

Service Department

Something that sets PSS apart from our competition is that our service department is all factory trained. Our service department is also A-rated. In order for a service department to be classified as a Grade A service department, PSS fulfills the following requirements:

• All service technicians must be factory-trained.
• The department has to have all specialty tools relating to complex technical procedures in house.
• The department must have the ability to work without a Doosan factory engineer present, by having the necessary experience and training.

The service department at PSS also offers our customers 130 years of combined experience in CNC repair and applications.
